In Colorado, prior to 1993, real estate agents by law could only represent the seller. Now, Colorado law states that real estate agents are transaction-brokers, unless the buyer or seller wants to be represented. A transaction-broker, cannot advocate or represent for either the buyer or seller. Our firm does not take any listings; therefore, we can only represent you as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent.

How Are We Compensated?

As Exclusive Buyer Agents we are compensated just like traditional real estate agents via the listing broker or builder. However, we have an attractive buyer refund schedule based on the home sale price.
