Ned has been a broker since 1984 and an exclusive buyer agent since 1989. He is considered one of the national pioneers in Exclusive Buyer Agency and his writings on the subject have been published by several national and local publications. Ned is a charter member and co-founded the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). He has a Masters in Education and a BA in Political Science. Served 20 years as an army officer in the fields of Public Affairs and Strategic Intelligence and served in Vietnam as a combat platoon leader. He has written several articles on real estate agency that have been published and also teaches home buying classes. Mike is a retired navy commander and served in Vietnam as a naval aviator with distinction. He has a B.S. degree in Finance. He has 16 years of residential real estate experience. After serving his country he finished college and became a teacher and coach at the high school level. He was a teacher and coach for 25 years and is currently at Liberty High School in School District 20. Charles has been a real estate exclusive buyer agent for 10 years and enjoys working for home buyers, negotiating the lowest price for them and finding the best financing.
Mike Butler  Mike is a native of Colorado Springs and currently lives in Woodland
Park. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
He is an avid fly fisherman, woodworker and telemarker. After working for
17 years in the IT industry Mike has chosen to focus on helping people find
